MOALIVERSE · RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS
Copyright &
Intellectual Property
Last updated:
Moaliverse is a creative universe of original worlds, characters, stories, and interactive experiences. This notice explains the rights claimed in that work and respects the rights of other creators.
1. Copyright ownership
Unless otherwise credited or expressly licensed, copyright in original Moaliverse website content created and owned by Moaliverse belongs to its creator or applicable rights holder. Original text, artwork, videos, animations, stories, characters, graphics, and original software are protected by applicable copyright laws to the extent they qualify for protection.
Third-party materials, including licensed assets, libraries, fonts, and user contributions, remain the property of their respective owners. Their own notices and license terms apply. This notice does not claim ownership of third-party work, public-domain material, or elements that are not eligible for protection.
2. Original characters, worlds & stories
Moaliverse’s original creative works include the characters Zedro, Tegaress, Legoness, and Zhaevorynth, together with their original depictions, characterizations, artwork, and stories. They also include original creative depictions and descriptions of fictional planets, galaxies, spaceships, and storylines within the Moaliverse universe.
Copyright protects qualifying original creative expression, rather than general ideas. Broad themes such as space exploration, fictional galaxies, or imaginary creatures are not claimed exclusively. Names, short phrases, facts, concepts, and functional methods are not protected by copyright merely because they appear here; separate trademark rights may apply where recognized by law.
3. Website software & interactive experiences
Original Moaliverse source code, visual designs, animations, and the creative expression embodied in interactive features are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Copyright does not confer ownership of underlying ideas, algorithms, systems, methods, or functionality.
Access to this website allows normal browsing and use of its intended features. It does not grant permission to copy, republish, redistribute, sell, or license proprietary code or artwork, except where separately authorized, permitted by an applicable license, or allowed by law. Browser delivery of code or assets does not place them in the public domain. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
4. Moaliverse name & logo
The Moaliverse name and logo identify this website and its creative work. Any trademark rights are reserved to their respective owners to the extent recognized by applicable law. This notice does not assert that any mark is registered.
Do not use the Moaliverse name, logo, or branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or official status. Lawful descriptive references and other uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
5. Unauthorized use & permission requests
Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, republication, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of protected original Moaliverse content is prohibited, except as allowed by applicable law or the relevant license. Do not remove or alter rights notices in a manner prohibited by law.
Fair use, fair dealing, quotation rights, accessibility exceptions, and other applicable legal exceptions remain unaffected. Nothing here overrides third-party licenses or grants rights that the relevant owner does not hold.
For uses requiring authorization, obtain written permission from the relevant rights holder before proceeding. A permission request should identify the work, intended use, distribution channels, commercial purpose, and proposed duration. Silence does not constitute permission.
6. Copyright infringement reporting
If you own copyright, or are authorized to act for its owner, and believe material on Moaliverse infringes that copyright, prepare a report containing:
- Your name, a reply contact, and your relationship to the copyright owner.
- Identification of the protected work, with a link or other supporting reference where available.
- The exact Moaliverse URL and enough detail to locate the material at issue.
- An explanation of the concern and any relevant authorization or license information.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or applicable law, and confirmation that your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Your typed or electronic signature and the date.
Include only information needed to assess the report. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information. Reports may need to be shared with the affected contributor or service provider to investigate and respond.
Reports will be assessed in light of ownership, licensing, applicable exceptions, and relevant legal requirements. Appropriate action may include seeking clarification or restricting or removing material. This general reporting guidance does not identify a registered statutory notice agent or replace any jurisdiction-specific legal notice requirements.
This notice communicates claimed rights; it does not itself create copyright, register a trademark, or establish ownership of material created by others.
